The 3 Mistakes Of My LifeGenre: Fiction/Adult

The 3 Mistakes of My Life by Chetan Bhagat is a story of an ordinary young man from Ahmedabad – Govind. After securing 100 marks in the 10th standard exam, he became the only maths tutor in his neighborhood. However he aspired to become a big businessman. So at a young age, he convinced his mother to start a small snacks shop. Later he,along with two friends,Omi and Ishaan, set up a cricket accessories shop inside a temple premise! In the journey towards entrepreneurial glory, they have to deal with religious politics, earthquakes, riots, unacceptable love and their own mistakes. Will they make it?

Things were all well until something very unexpected happened; the incident left a profound mark in Govind. All on a sudden, he decided to end his life blaming it on “The 3 mistakes of My Life”.

“The 3 Mistakes of My Life” is an ordinary, predictable story told extraordinarily by Chetan Bhagat. Notwithstanding a bit of Bollywood like melodrama, the book is an interesting to read till the end.

Ya i too read this book by CB last week well gauri has given a more comprehensive reveiw on the book i must say. still i feel its more or less the routine stuff CB dishes out everytime. though the story more or less reflect the modern India . I think CB mujst refrain from ending his stories more dramatically in Bolywood style (No wonder his novels are quickly turning in to bolly flicks!!)
